We source local and seasonal produce, at this time of the year there is some wonderful produce just becoming available which Sean uses to create our Summer Menus; Lamb, Aspargus and Samphire throughout May and June, with local strawberries and an anbundance of seasonal vegetables from our vegetable garden at the Red Lion Inn, as well some superb seafood which we are able to source from ports all around the UK, with Pollock and line caught Turbot particularly good at the moment. |
